Grant UK have helped us with the whole renewable energy technology solution for the GREENhouse Project ... with a combination of their Solar PV panels / Solar Thermal panels / BioMass Boiler / Air Source Heat Pump and Thermal Store they have proved to be a "one stop shop" for all our renewable energy technology needs. With their new "smart box controller" hopefully coming on the market at Christmas they will be the only company in the UK to offer this total energy solution. Everyone from their MD, through their PR and Marketing team their service has been faultless. Particular commendation should go to Dave Hall their renewables manager as he has worked tirelessly to provide us with the solution we have been seeking.

One of the unique things about Grant UK ( who have had a great history of success in the traditional boiler industry ) is their pioneering spirit related to making the renewable technologies work at maximum efficiency. FAIROAK WINDOWS

From the very outset we knew that we had a challenge on our hands finding windows that would match the Iroko ones that we already had in our 1870's property when we added the new section of the house where we would house the renewable technologies. Being located in our own copse of mature oak woodland we wanted the windows to be made from wood from a sustainable forest but we needed them to be made in such a way and stained to a colour that would match the existing windows.

Nick Austin the sales manager for Fair Oak did an amazing job for us and managed to provide the perfect solution to our window needs. With a range of custom made windows from quad-openers to massive dormers and French doors he accommodated all of our needs and even paid a visit to the property to ensure that the colour match was exact and to talk to our builder and discuss the fitting arrangements.

The final triumph was the visit that i paid to the factory to see the windows being made - Fairoak made us feel so welcome and provided such valuable information about the fitting, care and maintenance that we knew beyond all doubt that we had made the right choice of window manufacturer for our project. Their digital router enables window headers to be cut from single pieces of oak and their sustainable sources ensure that the finished product is as Eco-friendly as we can make it.
