After an initial period of consultancy David was able to establish a new National Centre in Abu Dhabi in conjunction with the Emirates Heritage Club. The consultancy covered a wide range of options including the development of a National Sailing Team with hopes one day of Olympic success. To help secure RYA recognition David arranged for the placement of a senior coach from the UK to assist with the early stages of the development and the project has proceeded smoothly in accordance with the development plan.
